Watch out for spiders! M&M spiders on double chocolate cupcakes, that is.
- Bake cupcakes as directed and let cool.
- Prepare chocolate ganache and evenly spoon on top of cupcakes; let set for 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with a nonstick mat or parchment paper.
- Microwave white chocolate on 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Transfer to a resealable freezer bag and snip off one corner. Pipe spiderwebs onto the prepared sheet and top each one with an M&M spider decorated with royal icing legs and eyes. Let cool completely, then transfer to each cupcake.
