  • If you are currently experiencing too much hair fall, check your diet. One of the main reasons for excessive hair fall is poor diet.   • Intake plenty of fruits and vegetables like banana, tomatoes, potatoes, etc that contain folic acid. Citrus fruits are also good for lustrous hair.
  • Stress is another cause for making hair look dull. Some studies have also revealed the fact that hair growth slows down when you are stressed. If you are overworked, chill out and give yourself some much needed rest.
